Bad app
No control, app is not developed good, same problems every time with missing orders, I one bill can be 5-6 missing items always!!!
Very slow service !
The support is very bed no way to contact them for urgent request. I reported an issue for 5 times and never get the feedback!

Ужасное приложение. Магазины постоянно недовозят продукты, поддержка не нормально обрабатывает обращения, пишу весь день по заказу, нет ответа, невозможно посмотреть историю переписки, никакого контроля!
The worst delivery service what you can have
When you have a order and after 2,5 hours of waiting and trying to call to thry support you will try cancel you order but they can’t do it. And they will call you and tell why they can’t cancel you order. They don’t think about client. No recommend to use this service
very bad service
No support or supervision of couriers. Over the course of a year of use: 1) the store stole a case of water (they promised to deliver it later and didn't), 2) the courier stole 300 le (he didn't give me a receipt and the bulk fish cost 300 le less, which is visible on the label with the amount and he deliberately didn't give me a receipt), 3) the couriers didn't deduct the missing products from the receipt and removed them from the cart, but charged for them. 4) The courier abandoned goods paid for 600 pounds in someone else's yard and didn't want to pick them up and deliver them to the correct address. Couriers are constantly late for at least half an hour, and this is only in this app. I sent all these calculation errors to the support service (that the amount and quantity do not match, that the price is different), but the support service simply remains silent and there is no reaction. Talabat and others never behave like this and in case of problems, tech support always helps. I am deleting and do not recommend to anyone
