9. You won’t be charged until you use the release code.
10. You must be 18 or over to hire a bike, and 14 or over to ride one.
11. Please note the app doesn’t reserve bikes.

Does not work with Russian cards
The app simply does not work with Russian cards. It just writes off £2 and then shows a error message. Worthless.
Charged the card but app showed an error
I got my card charged twice but app kept showing error payment so could not use the service!!
Charges card but cannot complete registration
My card was charged 2 pounds but application showed an error and I could not complete the registration. Useless app.
It still steals money
I see one year old reviews describing the same problem - registration is not successful but money debited from the account. I registered an account for myself but can’t do it for my another person. How long does it take to fix an evident fault? Spent 6 pounds for nothing.
Don’t use, charges money for nothing
Charges £2 at the registration and says “there was an error”. If you try to register again, charges again and shows the error message
