Bureaucracy nightmare online
Pathetic and unprofessional application, the usability of this app is absolutely zero. Someone, who did it has even understand user needs? Overwhelmed, overcomplicated interface with among of unuseful links to the website instead of clear user flow! If I am trying to register my card online, I expect the button "register" and not the list of links with a bunch of unuseful information. If you offer online card registration, it should be online, not "go to this link, then this link, then go by foot to this organization (huge list) for "ID-Identifizerung".
