Can’t rent a bike - SMS doesn’t work
Terrible
Removed 10 euros, but the bike was never unlocked, and it is impossible to change to another. I do not recommend. This is terrible
Horrible!!!!
I wasn’t use their service but they still charge money from my card!!! And: 1. No history about the ride and finances in the app - in case you don’t agree with something, you have nothing to show. 2. No ability to edit your payment method - if they will start to charge, they may not stop till balance became zero. 3. Slooooow support.
