Polite costumer service but bad service
Tried to book a ticket twice, both failed but the money was taken from two of my accounts losing days to get the money back while the prices kept going up. The security team was very polite. But even though it was their fault I was asked to send copies of my IDs and credit cards. Not using this App again.
Don’t trust when it tells you to wait for a better price
Terrible inaccurate price predictions. Checked several times the ticket price. The app recommended me to wait for a better price in the next few days and not buying tickets now. Later, when the prices went up, it said that prices won’t likely drop!!! Very disappointing
No way to use an advertised feature
Wanted to use the price prediction feature for a flight as advertised on Hopper’s website. Downloaded an app just for that reason. It only offered me to buy the ticket at today’s high price…

Scammy ads
Don't bother to install this. They are misleading on every step. Get Priceline for your travel needs instead. They advertise $15 daily car rental rate in their ads, but the lowest availible offer is $83. OK, your marketers just wanted more installs, right? And CTR of the misleading banner was so great! Here is your 1* reward. Then they show $65 minimum hotel price inside the app, but no sorting by price is available. And anyway, there lowest offer was $200. Scam. Deleted after 5 minutes.
