Hi, guys. Why don’t you make an opportunity to learn languages for Russian speakers? You can learn Russian but you cannot choose it as your native. What the heck?
No German keyboard
I like the app but there is a real problem in German course - the standard app keyboard is English. And it is really annoying to use „a“ instead of „ä“, especially of you are trying to remember the difference. I would not say a word in case of a free app, but I do believe that this is a huge problem for the paid one. UPD: I know about “long press the basic key letter”. And I say that it is not convenient at all. Why can’t you use standard German keyboard for the German course? Because “ä” is not a special character, it is a normal character.
Good courses but terrible customer support
This is my second year using this service. I decided to remove my credit card information from their site, they removed the option to do it myself (they just removed the button) and forced me to write to the support mail. I wrote to them with this problem and instead of deleting my card information, they deleted everything including the current course paid until July. Now they offer me to pay for everything again and ignore requests to return paid content or make a refund for the remaining 6 months. In any other service, when you cancel a subscription, the current one does not disappear anywhere! Ticket #6488096
