4. Soundtrack Music is Promotional Use in the XING 360 Game Proof of Concept.
5. Users will be able to learn new choreography in sixty second playback bites and to select different dancers and music tracks to dance to in the environment.
6. XING FILM (TM) Logo and intellectual property trademarks are the property of XING LLC (USA).
