In addition to the music staff which in portrait orientation bends down and connects to the keyboard at the bottom of the screen, the music mic also indicates the note name in either simple notation (G, F#, A, etc.) or scientific pitch notation (G3, F#4, A5, etc.). The keyboard at the bottom displays the piano key to which this note maps.
