Never ever in your life use this service! Customer support barely works. No one cares about you. And you’d never get your money back even though they sent you an official refund email. Scam.
No chance to cancel your flight
These guys are so creative. Their app stops working all the time. When you try to cancel your flight on the website instead, it is just not possible! The website refers you to the app that is simply not working. There is also no phone number to call the operator. If you purchased tickets through this app - well, good luck to you. Opodo will just keep your money!
