Пропали сохранения!!!
Добрый день. Вчера после обновления слетели все сохранения и достижения! А ведь у ребенка было больше 50-ти человечков! Горе страшное!!!((( Играет уже несколько лет, приобретали за ₽. В описании обновления ни о каких возможных проблемах с сохранением не сообщалось. Просьба разобраться и решить проблему! Помогите! Заранее спасибо.

Ребёнок оплатил покупки героев, после выхода из игры, зашёл в неё снова - героев снова нужно покупать. 🤷🏼♀️ это как вообще?!

Покупали персонажей, проходили уровни, а стоило закрыть и открыть заново приложение как весь прогресс и все купленные персонажи пропали! Или верните пройденные уровни и персов, или верните деньги на аккаунт! Имейте совесть. Не советую никому скачивать пока эта проблема не решена.
