My iPhone 10smax doesn’t allow to appoint destination directly on map (not punching pinyin to adress field), my wife’s iPhone 11max allows to appoint destination on map. Technical support is useless at all. Very uncomfortable to write pinyin instead of showing destination on map!!!
Not enough cars, too long time for waiting. Too expensive
I live in Guangzhou. And I use taxi everyday for qt list 30 km. Before DD was really good service. But now: 1) it became over priced 2) drivers listen their phones very loud often 3) you have to call the car at mornings at list 20 minutes in advance , because they don’t have enough cars 4) sometimes in the cars cigarette smell ( when you pay like 90 rmb for a trip - it is insane) 5) premium cars sometimes not really premium . I’m tired of DD. I gonna use another apps like on time or a pig. Or I will buy my own car and finish all this whit because I already hate DD. Before was my favorite app. So for everyone , who need car at morning and evening every day - I suggest to download another apps. In pig service is better and price is law 20% - 40%. Once I took car from Panyue to haizhu for 23 rmb!

Пользовался ДиДи в Чэнду в 2019 - отличный безопасный сервис, который проверяет водителей и банит неадекватов. Делают ставку на искусственный интеллект, который определяет бухих водителей, нервных, резко перестраивающихся, нарушающих ПДД. Так что уверен, что это будет самое безопасное такси в России.
