10. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.
11. Within the app users can purchase the current issue and back issues.

Will not restore purchases
The app has not been updated since November, and I deleted it and reinstalled afterwards. It is now updated but it will not restore my purchases. 6 or so issues are gone
