I strongly recommend not using Direct Mail! Since 2014, we have been doing Xxxxxxx mailing; we decided to try Direct Mail. We moved our database from Xxxxxxx to Direct Mail, did 1 mailing through our client base, and we were blocked for life. Technical support asked me to answer a few questions, which we did the next day. That our newsletter was regular, we provided all the screenshots, we provided feedback from our customers. We were blocked because our contact database while transferring to Direct Mail got old emails, our database was accumulated over the years, and many addresses are no longer active. We answered all questions on December 21, 2019, after that we were simply ignored and did not get any response to our letters. After 24 days, technical support informed us that they blocked our account for life. I assume that the funds remaining on our account will not be refunded to us.

really great job, guys. 0-bytes attachments, disappearing buttons and other sneaky glitches have been fixed, everything looks and works fine, well done! it would also be great to see reports in Stamps app even if you’re using SMTP access, it costs money too, so I’d love some more features :).
