Don't upgrade if you already have AHD 4 Deluxe
Note that this dictionary doesn't have thesaurus which AHD 4 Deluxe as. I discovered that only after having completed in-app purchase. I bought this dictionary hoping to stay just with one new dictionary which turned out to be impractical. Other than that this is a nice dictionary, probably one of the best.

I tried a couple of dictionaries, can't be too sure about paragon's merriam webster though, but the ones I got (oxford, webster inc's version of merriam webster) -
