Driver lied about the location, pre-authorization money never returned
Not recommended. Went to Paris and decided to use the G7 app. Entered the card, called the ride. The app withdrew 50 euros from my card as pre-authorization. The driver “arrived”, but I couldn’t find him and the app didn’t let me call him. He later called me and told the exact exit number where he was “waiting” for me, but he wasn’t there and never called back. After 20 minutes he cancelled the ride, charging 9 euros for waiting time. And the app never returned the pre-authorization money. Use regular urban taxis to get from the airport and stick to Bolt or Uber inside the city. Will never use G7 again.

At registration they charge 30 € from the card. Payment disappears, money is not returned.

Charged 30€ for nothing. Now, the answer my emails like “okey, we will send it back” but dont send. Is that okey????
Не привязывайте карту!
При первом заказе в аэропорт CDG сразу заблокировали 50€, плюс сама поездка 54€. Нормально так на 100 с лишним € доехала!
