I informed LH about the problem. They even did not answer :(
Тихий ужас
Компания стала ужасная. Дозвониться до контакт центра просто не реально. Качество связи посредственное, да ещё и обрывается. Рейсы отменены, возврат денег занимает несколько месяцев. А если переносить билеты на более поздние даты, то они становятся дороже раза в 1,5-2. Само приложение и сайт работают очень медленно. Перенесённые билеты и рейсы в бронировании не отражаются.
Заказные отзывы
Самое худшее, вечно зависающее и неудобное приложение по моему мнению. Это надо постараться чтобы сделать такой ужас. Сначала ты не можешь зайти с правильным паролем, потом идёт самое нелогичное меню и постоянные «подвисания» в итоге хочется просто разбить телефон с этим недоразумением. Хочешь купить билет за мили - тут это невозможно ! Хочешь найти билеты на скользящие даты - тут это не возможно !Хочешь потратить мили на подарки – бинго, и это тоже тут невозможно.Самое худшее приложение это Lufthansa как и у его партнёра Citibank !)

Бронирования не отображаются, перевод машинный, чат только с ботами. В общем тяжело.
