The worst service ever
The worst customer support I’ve ever had. Main screen doesn’t display amount of remaining GBs and app support recommends to obtain this info for my net through sms. Analysts are lazy and stupid. They do not read messages at all, but send only templates

When in the course of the application Globe sends to update it, but does not update, so for a couple of hours I can’t enter the application(
Not working, fix it please.
The worst app I’ve ever seen. Before it was very slow, sometimes not working. Today the main page ask me go to Google App Store or Huawei Store (I’m using iPhone! 🤦🏼♂️) to download the latest version of App.
