1. Emergency Call (eCall) - CSE device detects a crash and automatically alerts our 24/7 SOC the severity and exact location.
2. CSE Connex offers a reliable range of services keep you and your vehicle safe 24/7 – Safety & Security when you need it.
3. If the accident is serious, SOC will dispatch emergency response vehicles (Ambulance and Police) to the exact location immediately.
4. • Car status - check vehicle battery voltage, device battery voltage, ignition ON/OFF, driving or parked.
5. If the accident is minor, and if towing is required, SOC will dispatch a tow truck to the exact location.
6. To access Connex, you are required to enter your Login and Password that you will receive on service activation.
7. MERS 999 (SOS) - press SOS button for medical emergency services.
8. • Smart alarm - activate Smart alarm to protect your vehicle.
9. Your vehicle must be equipped with a CSE Telematics device.
10. Our SOC will contact MERS 999 to send the nearest ambulance to you as soon as possible.
11. You will also need to enter your passcode if you set app protection ON.
