3. Milestones integrates with the Health app and uses your activity data to show your progress in the challenges.
4. Milestones uses the Walking + Running Distance calculated by your Apple Watch.
5. To proceed you will need to double click the side button to continue (the same button used to turn the Apple Watch on and off).
6. Complications: Add Milestones complication to your favourite watch face and it keeps you up to date on your progress in the challenge.
7. In-app purchases directly from the Apple Watch.First set of challenges are free.

9. You will get the possibility to unlock additional sets after you have completed all of the available challenges.
