8. During closure of the assignment, the technician can capture the customer’s signature and comments and sign off on the assignment.
9. Checklists can be attached to the assignment and used, for example, as pre-start safety checks.
10. The technician’s labor time can be reported along with any miscellaneous costs such as hotels or meal costs.
