Service dégoûtant, service client dégoûtant
Lebara a un mauvais internet et le pire service client que j'ai jamais vu. depuis 3 mois il n'y a pas eu de réponse adéquate aux plaintes concernant la qualité de la communication. le dernier message du service client était il y a 10 jours avec une promesse de résoudre le problème. depuis lors il n'y a pas eu de solution au problème ou de nouveaux messages du service client. je n'ai jamais vu un service plus honteux. je n'utiliserai plus les services de cette société dégoûtante et je ne la recommande à personne.
Worst service
If you want to change operator and take your previous number from Lebara, forget it! The worst service ever. Two days live without mobile network because this worst Lebara team.
Full of glitches
The updated version is glitching, freezing and does not let me top up my phone. Please fix it!
I have 5£ but I can’t to use it
I inputted the voucher code but I can’t buy a plan via this app! It is necessary to add credit card ! Then why you accept voucher code if it is useless?
Forces to Update
The app forces you to update and refuses to work when you need it. And I mean not updated for 1 month, not years. Thus you are forced to waste your traffic or login on the website (while having the app installed, which is ridiculously inconvenient). Ultimately I updated just to see a snowflake animation. Are you serious to invalidate the unadapted version on that reason?
