Guys, I bought your monthly subscription through App Store, but it didn’t unlock me HD, Full HD and other functions. It said I’m not signed up, when I’m trying to unlock. Hello. I ask to return money for this purchase. The program does not work as promised by the developer. Can not add and use "custom styles". The application sends me to the site. A site requires a subscription (payment). The developer does not respond to e-mail messages. Other developer contacts, including the website, do not. The site does not work properly. А там я не могу «войти в систему»: пишет «неверный e-mail или пароль». И восстановление пароля не работает («нет такого e-mail»). Уважаемые разработчики! Если вы берёте оплату, вы должны быть уверенными, что ваша система нормально функционирует. И пользователи за свои деньги получат то, что ожидают. Оплата подписки — работает. Программа после оплаты, так, как ожидается, — не работает. И я не нашёл информации о разработчиках и контактов службы поддержки. Ни в приложении, ни на сайте. Как это так? Продаёте подписку и ничего о себе не сообщаете? Есть только e-mail по кнопке «Отправить комментарий» в приложении. Куда и написал. Но не уверен, что оперативно рассмотрят и решат проблему.
