Was book the appointment at 5:30-6:00 pm, no one didn’t come, no one don’t call me, at the end they canceled

Had an IV drip at home. Everything was done very professionally, cleanly, and carefully. The nurse was punctual and attentive. A very comfortable and smooth experience. Highly recommended.

Terrible app with terrible customer support
This app is terrible, and it's impossible to contact the support chat! The cleaning staff never showed up, they'd previously rescheduled the appointment for 30 minutes later, then no one showed up. The support team doesn't work through the app, and no one responds to WhatsApp or email, asking you to switch to the app, where the "start chatting" status only appears, making it impossible to contact!
Incompetent technical support
I am absolutely dissatisfied with the technical support of this application and service. For a month now they have been unable to resolve my refund issue. Emails are being ignored. I recommend that everyone think twice before using any services in this app. The laundry damaged my item and promised to issue a refund. In the end, no one has responded to my emails for a month, and the support team even closed the ticket after believing fake photos provided by the laundry.
