Damaged clothes and double charged
Update: Are you actually able to read or just copy paste text? And stop spamming when I unsubscribed from your useless emails! Avoid this company! Terrible service and they are liars, damaged cloths and just charged double amount. Talking with their support is absolutely useless, on all my questions what they gonna do with this they just replied "oh, sorry, but everything is fine on our side and we will not return your money" they just don't care.

It was a challenge to find a laundry in Dubai. Yes, there are plenty of them, but they charge by piece, not by kg. With our volume, it is insane. I’m glad I used Laundryheap. It is affordable, fast and convenient. You pay online, drop your bag at the reception and then collect it there on the next day.

Worst quality in Dubai!
Used this service a few times. Every time things arrived crumpled. Last time all things arrived crumpled and some even dirty. Had to iron and wash again by myself!
