App crashes and does not allow add promo codes
Recently I tried to make an order via app. Added promo code received from the bank, but the app does not allow me to use it. It also does not allow to pay via Apple Pay using bank card that gives discount. Absolutely NOT client oriented app
Robbery
The commission this app charges the restaurant is extortionate. 30% to restaurant and delivery fee to buyer. Drivers are paid peanuts.
Terrible! I would say -5! Even not 1!
Paid 40€, and in the end just received the message “there is a problem” showed on screen in the app. 3 hours left - no food, no money, no answer by phone, no answer by email. JUST CRAZY!!!
