Unexpected Fee When Withdrawing Funds
The app doesn’t support English, and also I was disappointed by how a withdrawal fee (Rp2,900) was charged without any clear warning when transferring to a different bank. I contacted support, but they refused to refund the fee, even though it was an honest mistake and my first time. Tokopedia should be more user-friendly and transparent about such charges. Poor customer experience.
